Everything was great. I was the host for my daughter-in-law to be bridal shower. Eric arrived early, arraigned all the food trays. I had a separate table for the drinks. We served ice tea, lemonade aide, water and wine. I asked Eric to cork and pour the wine which was not part of our agreement. He was great. The food delicious. I had 35 guests and ordered the mini tea sandwiches, classic Caesar salad, veg. tray, lettuce wraps, endive bites(a favorite) cheese tray and fruit platter. I had tons of food left over. The only thing I would suggest is for you to bring take home containers because we had nothing to put the extra food in. Would use them again in a heart beat.
